About
Shared seats represent a leadership posture practiced from inside systems—sharing accountability, holding context, and shaping outcomes alongside the people doing the work. This approach is embedded, relational, and increasingly necessary in complex, resource constrained environments. Sometimes described as fractional, the core idea is leadership practiced with people, not at them.
Shared Seat Partners, LLC doesn’t replace leadership—we strengthen it. Leadership is strongest when it is shared, practiced, and grounded in real relationships. Embedded leadership means working inside the system, not advising from a distance.
Our focus is the community health center movement, including CHCs, state primary care associations, and health center controlled networks. We also work with like minded partners supporting the movement, including corporate and foundation funders, and nonprofits.
